We purchased a fixer upper with the intention of flipping it, but the housing bubble burst and we ran out of money before we got too far into it. Even though I was forced into early retirement early in 2009 no thanks but to our economy, I'm hoping to make it official in 2015. That will boost our household income and help pay to get started on the house again. Starting in 2015 I'll be taking before and after pictures of everything I'm doing. I had done a little work to the home already, but there is still a whole lot more to do to it. I fully intend to have it up for sale by the time the housing market has started picking up speed again. I'll be back a little later to decorate the page format I want in here.
