Back to Map "Village" office - we're too small to be called a city. Village office on the left, and the Sheriff's office on right (they don't have a sign).  Buffalo sculptures, located between Phelps Hotel and the Village Office. These are made entirely of barbed wire. I understand these were created by a local resident. Sometimes there is just one buffalo, sometimes 3. It appears the artist moves them for show elsewhere from time to time.  Back to Map
